Hedgerows Estate comprises two distinctive residences.
A traditional Country House (Hedgerows House) and a contemporary Lodge,
which can be rented together for larger groups
Hedgerows House offers everything for the perfect home-away-from-home stay, with landscaped grounds, a fully-equipped gym, sauna, hot tub, BBQ, tennis courts, and children’s play area, while the Modern Lodge offers sleek design and open-plan living with panoramic garden views and its own hot tub.
Both are spacious and exquisitely designed, so your group can spread out and relax in style. Every bedroom is plush and inviting, and numerous living areas allow for everything from quiet reading to lively celebration dinners.
Every stay comes with a complementary bottle of Prosecco, fresh flowers, and pastries, plus all the essentials like tea, Nespresso pods, milk and sugar.
At Hedgerows, no comfort is spared.
Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and smart entertainment systems for streaming music or movie nights, plus fully-equipped gourmet kitchens stocked with quality cookware and tableware.
Fitness enthusiasts can maintain their routine in the private gym fitted with modern exercise equipment while competitors at heart will love our outdoor tennis court for a match amidst the scenic grounds.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the wellness area; a sauna to soothe your muscles and an outdoor hot tub under the stars for ultimate relaxation. From heated towels and luxury linens to a curated library and board games, Hedgerows has all the little touches that make a house feel like home.

Step outside and discover acres of private grounds that are yours to enjoy.
Situated on the edge of the award-winning New Forest National Park, you can wander through beautifully landscaped gardens, leafy hedgerows (our namesake!), and woodland trails teeming with birdsong.
Find a sunny spot for morning yoga on the lawn, or sip sunset cocktails on the flagstone patio.
Alfresco living is a highlight at Hedgerows. We provide a top-quality BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas for summer feasts under the boughs of oak trees. Children can entertain themselves in the dedicated play park or enjoy lawn games, while adults relax with a book and a glass of wine. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and share stories beneath a canopy of stars. The estate’s tranquil setting means night skies are clear and brilliant – perfect for a bit of stargazing in the hot tub.
Privacy and Flexibility
The two residences are separated by gardens and hedges, offering a sense of seclusion for each, yet close enough (via a short path) for groups to easily mingle for bookings of both properties. This flexible setup is ideal for multi-generational families or mixed groups – perhaps the wedding party can occupy the Lodge while the bride’s family enjoys the House, or the executive team can retreat to quiet quarters after group workshops.
We can accommodate for smaller groups of up to six guests in the Lodge, up to 14 in Hedgerows House (up to 20 collectively) with ample parking and modern accessibility features.
Dog-Friendly Stays
We welcome well-behaved dogs (with a small additional cleaning charge) because we know pets are family, too. Your canine companions will love the open space and nearby forest trails.
We provide dog bowls and towels for muddy paws, and we’ll let you know the best dog-friendly pubs and beaches to visit. We simply ask that pups remain on leash when near our resident horses and alpacas in adjoining fields.
